- The candles are made of blood

- A stone book is fixed to the top of the table.
- Words carved: *Under all flesh lies death.*
- Stone table with three small, barrel-shaped objects.
- Two have hide stretched over them like drums.
- The "hide" was taken from the skin of the old crone and the baby boy
- One barrel is empty
- Scorch mark on the floor by the "heart" of the room
- Half of the flesh on the floor here is here is burnt and scarred horribly, and slightly oozing
- Flesh congeals into a solid(ish) form (monk, [Way of the Flesh](https://www.dndbeyond.com/subclasses/1287733-way-of-the-flesh-arc) from Arcadia)
- Underneath is a secret hatch to the next room
