# Day Theming Day theming addresses one of the criticisms of [[Calendar blocking]]; namely, that calendar blocking is very restrictive. The calendar blocking approach involves adding every task to the calendar, so there are set boundaries for each one that must be followed. Day theming relaxes these boundaries and advocates assigning more general themes, or topics, to certain days. For example: Mondays are for filming, Fridays are for editing.
