Also edit your thumbnails. - Review: Use thumbsup.tv to review how the thumbnail looks, and then review it on the platform itself. Always play it back on YouTube!! - Publish ### Coming up with unique ideas - Write down your ideas, even if you're bad. - Go back to these ideas and see if you can change them - Think of videos in terms of *fillers* and *bangers*. - Fillers: raw, low effort, no filming outside, something that doesn't take mental or physical energy. Experiment here. - Bangers: captivating ideas that you *know* will do well and may even go viral, but would take a long time to create. - Most people can't create a banger with every video (unless you have a team, like Yes Theory or Mr. Beast) - Think of point of view - Expert: Share *your* knowledge - Experimenter: You are trying something for the first time, and document everything - Observer: Enlist an expert to help you, or watch others learn. - [Answer the Public](https://answerthepublic.com) gives you two free searches per day. Go there and pull visualization charts for your content pillars. - Rapid ideation for 10 minutes. Go! - Crowdsource your ideas. Ask your followers what the biggest thing is that they're struggling with today. ### Titles - Think of videos in terms of titles. - If you can't come up with a good title, it may not be a good video. - Make it: - short (70 characters or less) - have a strong point of view (*Don't make this mistake* instead of *Try not to make this mistake*) - tempting, but not sensational - Deliver on the promise! Don't use clickbait. Straightforward titles can work. - Consider changing your titles and thumbnails if they don't work. They can change everything!
