- Little's Law calculates the transactions created using this formula:
- $arrival rate (throughput) * average time in system$
- or: $tps * (average response time)$
- Little's Law has an effect on [[Queue Time]] while [[Load Testing]] since queue time is a measurable effect of the law. If queues are being overloaded during a load test, we can either decrease the throughput (make transactions arrive more slowly) or reduce the average response time by increasing performance.
