-Someone who is the descendant or relative of an Important Person needs to be spirited away or hidden from public eye, possibly due to persecution, and grows up as a commoner. The character is usually separated from their family or destiny very early, usually as a baby. The character is ignorant of their role in world affairs until the beginning of the story. The character is often incompetent or weird in the eyes of the people that surround them, but the same traits make them excel naturally at their "true calling".
