# [[RADAR Relationship Retro]]

The RADAR is a type of [[Relationships|relationship]] [[Retrospective|retro]] proposed by the hosts of the [[Multiamory]] podcast: [[Dedeker Winston]], [[Emily Matlack]], and [[Jase Lindgren]]. It was created with [[Polyamory|polyamorous]] relationships in mind, but can be adapted for any sort of relationship, including [[Platonic relationships]].
RADAR is an acronym for the five steps involved in a retro:
- R: *Review* - Talk about
- A: *Agree the Agenda* - Discuss predetermined topics (ex: quality time, sex, physical and mental health, other partners and friends, fights and arguments, money, work/projects, future plans, family, household)
- D: *Discuss* - Actually discuss the topics
- A: *Action Points* - Write down tangible next actions for each person
- R: *Reconnect* - End on a positive note by doing something reuniting, like appreciating/complimenting each other or physically touching each other affectionately
The Multiamory hosts suggest that couples do a RADAR regularly, every month or week.
