Shakshuka is a North African dish involving poached eggs in a spicy tomato sauce.
[[Leah Ferguson]] sent me [this recipe](https://www.seriouseats.com/shakshuka-north-african-shirred-eggs-tomato-pepper-recipe) that I mixed with an [[Ottolenghi]] recipe from a book from [[Andy Polaine]], and I cooked it on [[2024-05-03]]. It was awesome!
