Run Nicole van der Hoeven's daily Slack AI digest, then send the full digest to her as a Slack DM.
Step 1 — Generate the digest:
Invoke the `anthropic-skills:slack-ai-digest` skill (use the Skill tool with skill name `anthropic-skills:slack-ai-digest`) and follow its instructions exactly. This will read the last 24 hours from a list of Grafana AI-related Slack channels and produce a structured digest with these sections: New Features, Cursor & Claude Updates, Content Ideas for Context Horizon, Urgent Announcements, Team Changes, Upcoming Events.
Step 2 — Deliver via Slack DM:
Send the FULL digest (all sections, in Slack markdown — use *bold* not **bold**, and convert headers like "## Section" to bold lines like "*Section*") to Nicole's Slack DM. Her Slack user ID is `U0263GBH18C` (email
[email protected]). Use the slack_send_message tool with `channel_id: U0263GBH18C`.
Formatting tips for Slack:
- Slack does not render Markdown headers (#, ##). Replace them with bold lines (e.g. `*🚀 New Features*`).
- Slack uses single asterisks for bold: `*bold*`, not `**bold**`.
- Keep links as `<url|text>` Slack format where possible, but plain URLs are fine too.
- If the digest is very long, you may split it across 2 messages (intro + sections), but prefer one message.
Step 3 — Confirm:
After sending, write a brief one-line confirmation in your final response noting that the digest was sent and how many channels had activity. Do not re-print the full digest in your response since it has already been delivered to Slack.
If any channels return errors or "channel_not_found", note this at the top of the DM as a "Note: couldn't read X channels today" line, but proceed with the rest. If NO channels had activity in the last 24 hours, send a short DM saying so along with the most recent substantive activity timestamp you found.
