- Cohort: Any group of Grafana Cloud users
- Aims
- to make it easier to onboard users
- to get better information about who's doing what on Grafana Cloud and what learning journeys people are using
- to present users with better recommendations for what they might want to do
- to be able to run workshops from Grafana and measure users' progress through it (good for field engineers too)
- (for docs writers) to be able to tell when something changes in the UI so that they can also update the docs
- How will this work with [[Grafana Assistant]]? They will work together - one will point to the other.
