Start with describing your vision and thinking about how to motivate people to share it. - Sometimes the best thing for a leader to do is to step back and let people make the decision by themselves. - Having a clear vision/dream will prevent you from burning out. > [!tip] Tip 3 > Autonomy is the key. - ... but trust and transparency are necessary for autonomy to occue. - Autonomy has boundaries. > [!tip] Tip 4 > Look at things from the system point of view. - Listen to the voice of the system. - Everyone is right, but only partially. - > [!tip] Tip 5 > Don't be afraid to experiment.
