AI in PKM (100) 2. AI for taking notes (84) 3. AI for learning (100) 4. AI tools for learning and taking notes (100) ### Hook If you were to make a list of existential fears that we, as a species, have, artificial intelligence would be on that list. But just like with any technology, if we use AI instead of letting it use us, we can improve many of our processes-- including those for learning. In this video, I'm going to talk about five different ways I use AI in my personal knowledge management system for reading, summarizing, writing, linking, and visualizing ideas. ### Structure - For reading: [[Readwise]] Ghostreader - For summarizing: [[ChatGPT]] - For writing: [[Obsidian Text Generator plugin]] - For linking: [[Napkin]] - For visualizing: [[Midjourney]] ### Outro Will AI take over our jobs? Will it cheapen creative work? Well, that's up to us. AI hinges upon input: the data *we* feed it. By giving it *quality* input, wielding it like a precision instrument, and letting it do grunt work, we can use it to enable us to explore higher levels of creativity and thought. If you'd like to learn more about how to use Readwise Reader, check out this video where I go over what it is and why it's awesome.
