## Title
1. How to create a content calendar in Obsidian
2. Creating a content calendar in Obsidian
## Hook
One of the things I missed from Notion was being able to turn a kanban board into a list and then into a calendar. My specific use case for this was a content calendar. Here's how I addressed that!
## Structure
- Kanban plugin
- Lists for every stage; drag and drop across stages
- New note from card
- Open as markdown for quick add of ideas
- Add thumbnails and emojis for different channels
- Templates plugin
- HIVES structure
- Checklist of things to do
- metadata
- Fantasy Calendar plugin
- Not its original intent
- Create new and apply Gregorian Calendar preset
- Auto increment date
- Create event categories
- Day view on sidebar
## Outro
This combination of plugins has made it so I've moved entirely to Obsidian. It's now my one-stop shop
- second brain
- PKM system
- D&D campaign tracker
- content calendar
If you want to see how else I'm using Obsidian, check out this video for how I use it for work or this one for how I use it for play-- specifically, for playing D&D 3x a week.
Thanks for watching, or as they say here in the Netherlands, Dank je wel! Doei!
