If so, how do you identify which ones are the highest-level ones? - How often do you change the structure of your notes? - I've only been thinking about hierarchical relationships (parent - child - sibling etc) but what about semantic ones? supports, contradicts, related to-- things that connect notes more conceptually - Are hierarchical relationships better, worse, or the same as semantic relationships? - Things that you've learned from using Excalibrain - Creating more atomic notes is better, otherwise it clutters up the graph view. - Note Refactor plugin helps with this restructuring - Embedding notes has become more important - You're forced to structure your thoughts and notes. - Virtual notes (notes that are linked to but don't exist) become more important because they highlight what needs to be fleshed out. - Excalibrain has completely replaced File Explorer ### Plans for the future - For Excalibrain? - Performance issues still present with Excalibrain.
