The k6 browser team has been busy with this release to deliver new features and improvements to the browser module. As you all might remember, the browser module is still in the experimental stage. Therefore breaking changes are expected as we are improving the APIs to make them more user-friendly. One of the breaking changes that the team introduced was making the `locator.click` API asynchronous to provide user parity with the Playwright API. The team also introduced new APIs such as `browserContext.addCookies` and `browserType.connect` so you can connect to remote browser instances. However, one of the most significant changes the team made in this release is that k6 browser now natively supports Google Web Vitals! The Web Vitals are the de facto way for engineers to measure their browser’s performance, so it makes sense for the browser module to support these metrics. To know more about the web vitals and how to work with them, check out our up-to-date documentation On the link you see on the screen or the youtube comments (https://k6.io/docs/using-k6-browser/browser-metrics/.) Finally, we’ve released a brand new landing page which emphasizes the importance of a hybrid approach when it comes to performance testing, so make sure to check it out at the link you see onscreen or in the Youtube comments. https://k6.io/hybrid-performance-testing/. ### Structure Hola Leandro and hello k6’ers!
