I have hope because I've talked my way out of other situations and I've seen a lot. Everyone has a fear or weakness to exploit. I have also been able to convince [[Kameka Mehameha]] into being my bodyguard/enforcer. He thinks we're from the same order, but I'm actually lying. But Imelda actually thinks that she actually might get out soon... - [[Shayd Nihlo]]: Seraglio of Satyricus Heterodyne - harems for concubines - they had "mechanical help" that was sometimes very aggressive. - She's been tasked to determine what a machine coming down from the ceiling is. It has... attachments... it might kill her. - Could be a sex trap. - It's a machine that looks like it requires body parts she doesn't have. - She gets two *Stress*. - ![[heterodyne-seraglio.png]] - Levana: Sleepytime Fun - ![[heterodyne-sleeptime-fun.png]] - Everyone that has entered this room has died. - My goal is to reach the other hallway. - I put the thing to sleep! But I take a Stress. - I go beyond the room to the other room, and it's a bathroom with a tub. The tub is trying to aggressively bathe me. It would actually burn me if I went in there. - [[Kameka Mehameha]]: ~~Calm Chamber~~ ~~Clam Chamber~~ ~~Calm Chamber~~ Clam? - Fake grotto, calming, pleasant lighting, lute music - The castle says: "This oughta be fun..." - His job: get through the room and get to the other side. - He floats gently down. The water is very shallow and he pulls his feet up. - The castle asks him to touch the bottom of the pool. "You're no fun... come on." He doesn't do that. The castle says "I'll remember that you were no fun. But alright, you win this time." - He gets to the other doorway. - He was able to get past the trap using his physical ability of being a turtle and being able to float. The main room is an octagon - 8 doors. Drafty for some reason. It's a live room. We usually sleep here, although it wasn't meant to be a bedroom originally. Order: - Corridor of Smoke - Reminder Stairs - Torture Room - Dials , Dials, Dials - Exit: Gate of Lamps There's going to be one room in between each room that Andrew will pick. Imelda impersonates Professor Duran. We're going up to a crawlspace. We don't get the sense that the castle is noticing us. The first 30-40 feet of this is obstacle-free. But there are still some sort of traps on many rooms... except one chute, which seems easier to go through but is surprisingly not trapped. We go down the chute and we've all been separated. We each fall onto a giant horizontal gear that sways a bit. There are bottomless pits everywhere. We don't want to fall down... there is a door on either side of the room. There are other gears. This is the Gear Bridge. We seem to be able to learn the gears towards each other. There are obvious looking controls on either side of the room, by the door. Imelda Mary Poppins over to one of the gears near the door, and she figures out how to make the gear bridge turn and work together so that we all get across. The clown clank from the Sleepytime Fun room comes out of the other room asking me for another lullaby. We know that he will be relentlessly pursuing us throughout our escape attempt. He's called [[The Joker]] now.
