# [[Fornost]] *City of Stairs, Dead Man's Dyke* ![[tor-fornost.png]] Fornost used to be a [[Numedorian]] fortress, but now it's in ruins. We were warned by [[Gandalf]] that there are evil things there now, as well as wild men and orcs. It used to get its water from aqueducts that went to the hills in the northeast, but the aqueducts have been destroyed as well.
