# 24_20201127 The Crypt and the Mosaic Puzzle ## Session Summary From the jail cells where we fought the blazing skeletons, we opened the door to the crypt. We heard, but did not see, a voice moaning similarly to how the blazing skeleton in [[08_20201024 Getting to Blacklake District]] in the [[Neverwinter Sewers]] was singing. It was a feminine voice, calling for someone called [[ttrpgs/Order of the Wandering Mind/Arclan]]. It mentioned not being able to open the door and then disappeared. Alone in the Crypt, we found a mosaic on the door leading out. It was a puzzle that seemed to have been designed to only be broken by those pure of heart, worshippers of Bahamut, and protectors of the Alagondars and the Neverwintan people. When we interacted with certain elements of the mosaic in logical ways, some figures began to glow, and when all six were glowing, the door was unlocked. ^summary ## Recap ![[23_20201122 Bullying the Blazing Skellies#^summary]] ## Log - Two doors leading out - steel door with painting in black circle #[[Manhole Room]] - marble door with a knight carved on it, visor down - {{[[table]]}} - **Name** - **Damage taken** - **Total HP** - **Healing Surges** - Maestro - -8 - 48/56 - - Ka'ira - - 69/69 - 8/12 - Hill - -9 - 42/ - 8 - Gloomtoes - - - 3/7 - Xio - - 41/41 - Eraithe - -5 - 58 - - Declan - - 11 - 2 surges left - push open the crypt door - Crypt - battle fought here recently (not us) - dead bodies of demons (the 4 that were left).
