%% Last Updated: - [[2021-02-14]] %% The Blood Rot Ooze is a slime creature that is vaguely reminiscent to a [[Gelatinous Cube]]. It is pinkish in color, possibly due to it being filled with blood. It absorbs parts of the creatures it kills into it, and uses acid to digest them as food. It feeds on the blood of the living to sustain itself, and is a mindless creature that just craves blood. It seemed to react to the light, but did not seem harmed by it. ## Alignment It is evil and anti-life. ## Origin and Environment Blood Rot Oozes are made by powerful [[Necromancer]]s or come to life in places where there's a lot of death or necrotic energy.
