Deneir was a lesser [[Gods of knowledge|god of knowledge]] and servant god to Oghma, but died to help [[Oghma]] ascend and become a [[Lords of creation|lord of creation]]. Deneir is the god of writing, cartography, symbols, glyphes, and images. His symbol is a lit candle above an open eye.
