Kamael is an old, ornery, human man whom we rescued from the [[Twisted Fane]] in [[82_20210704 Spellscarred]] and then made the High Caretaker of [[Castle Never]]. He is a gravedigger at [[Neverdeath]] with [[Zarrut]]. He is half-blind (one eye does not work at all). He is not easily spooked by ghosts, and enjoys being left alone. He has simple tastes and agreed to become the High Caretaker of the Castle after we promised him a hearty meal. His favourite meal is "roast somebird".
