# Kraken A kraken is a legendary creature of legendary proportions. Nobody (except us!) has actually seen one and lived to tell the tale. Krakens are known for devouring huge ships. They are gigantic, maybe as big as this entire city. People think they are one of the primal forces of this world, or created by one of these primal forces. They are said to be very intelligent. They're often mistaken for octopuses, but they plan and are devious. Even port cities fear the kraken. It's unclear about why they attack. But it's not instinctive. Unknown purpose. Their needs are different from people's. There are only a couple of krakens in the world (I would guess). They probably have 16 tentacles.
