- Location:: [[House of Knowledge]] in [[Neverwinter]]
- The Library of Oghma is a hidden room filled with books and scrolls underneath the ruins of the [[House of Knowledge]].
- The entrance to the library is found by answering riddles from papers found in the third room of the Temple, as found by [[The Order of the Wandering Mind]] in [[03_20200925 Solving the riddles of Oghma]] and [[04_20200926 Research in the Temple of Oghma]].
- There are books and scrolls on the shelves and on the floor.
- Entry into the library seems to require an offering of knowledge of some sort, such as a song, which is then immediately forgotten by the knower. To signify this, people who enter get a -2 to their [[Intelligence (Int)]] and -1 to their Intelligence modifier. This effect is permanent.
- There are creatures in the Library that are hideous and deformed, with an amalgamation of seemingly random parts like tentacles and fur. Creatures enter the room through portals that appear and disappear in the wall.
- The [[Librarian of Oghma]] lives in the Library and has done so probably since he was young[*](((7AeqYeqYz))), as he's still looking for his father. He organizes the books and scrolls in an order that we can't understand.
