A human village near [[Leilon]] where [[Ka'ira]] and [[Maestro]] spent a lot of time. It's a quaint village, and not really worth visiting. According to [[Keren]] in [[69_20210515 Rescuing Keren]], Phandalin has been heavily reinforced by [[Mintarn mercenaries]], because [[Sildar]] asked [[The Lords' Alliance]] for help in defeating a dragon, and the closest member that responded was [[Neverember]]. Neverember brought his mercenaries to Phandalin.
