During the fight, both Scura and Wally were grappled, Reya was paralyzed, and Pin went unconscious twice... but somehow we made it through. Even when the last Vine Ghast was dragging an unconscious Pin and a flailing Wally away, Wally managed to catch the Vine Ghast with a backhanded hit and kill it for good. > > I did some quick heals, and then the party began to investigate the rest of the surroundings (despite my protests). Wally has 29 damage so far - Round 2 - Ghasts hit Wally for 29 damage - Round 3 - Milla - Chromatic Orb on Thing 2, near Wally. - Reya - Doesn't save from her paralysis - Scura - Aura of Vitality - Heals Wally for 8 HP - Wally - Crit!! - Baddies - Hit Pin - One heads towards Milla and attacks her at disadvantage because it's blinded! - Attack on Scura, but misses - Attack on Wally and hits. Wally is grappled! - Attacks Reya, who is still paralyzed, so it's an auto-crit - Round 4 - Milla - *Thunder Step* - Reya - Makes a CON save and saves from her paralysis. She's no longer paralysed!! - Scura - Sanctuary - BA: *Aura of Vitality* heal 1 - Wally - hits the zombie and it gains a few HP. - Hits the zombie for his second attack. - Pin - Attacks the stunned zombie. Does a Flurry of Blows, even. He hits the zombie and it explodes, triggering a Con save from Pin, which he fails and he is unconscious - Xenia - Fire Bolt on the one near Reya - Baddies - 2 attacks on Wally. One misses, one hits and Wally saves against poison. - One attacks Reya, and Reya casts Shield. - Round 5 - Milla - Ice Knife. Rolls really low on damage. One saves. One does not. - Reya - Hexblade's Curse (for "The Queen") + Green Flame Blade on the Zombie and the Vine Ghast. The Zombie dies and a black wisp goes back into Reya. - Scura - A: Cure Wounds on Reya, 2nd level - BA: Healing Word on Pin, 1st level - 7THP - Wally - Kills the zombie, and I fail my CON save and take 13 damage but haha, I have 11 temp HP. - Pin - Kills one, but then also gets poison damage. - Ghast attacks Wally but misses. - Round 6 - Milla - Evening Moon attack on the zombie! - Reya - Scura - A: Help to give Wally advantage - BA: Aura of Vitality on Pin - 8 THP this round - Wally - Attacks the Ghast at advantage because he's flanking - Hits one, misses once - Pin - Has a pissing contest with Wally and attacks with advantage, flanking with Scura - Xenia - Misses on a Fire Bolt - Zombie - Attacks Milla! She saves from the poison (projectile vomit) - Ghast - Knocks Pin unconscious. - Drags Wally and Pin away. Reya takes an atack of opportunity. - Round 7 - Milla - Thunder Step and kills the last zombie and escapes the spore cloud! - Scura - A: Sacred Flame - BA: Aura of Vitality on Pin, 5 more heals to go - 6THP this round - Wally gets the HDYWTDT as he does a backhanded flail and kills the Vine Ghast! I finish my Aura of Vitality on everyone (5 more): Pin (5), Wally (6), Reya (10), Wally (10), Pin (9). Pin is at 21. I cast Vigilant Blessing on Wally. Wally is so eager to get out of the mud and wash himself! WTF is up with that! Wally gets a glimpse of something glowing, like a fiery sun color, under the water. Xenia investigates the stone part near the pool. He sees runes that are very ancient Elvish: > When [[The Evening Moon]] has set, [[The Star of the Morning|The Morning Star]] will rise.
