One of the Kryn has a staff and seems to be commanding. Looks like the mage we saw on the way to [[Shadycreek Run]]. Their armour makes them look like alien beetles. Wally tries to convince the guard to let us through the gate. The captain of the guard is named Aylar or something like that. He can't let anyone through. The (male) Kryn mage has something called *Pulse Wave*. Constitution save. 30 foot wave that will push. 6d6 force damage. Also has a 30-foot sphere that affects gravity. Con save. Gravity sinkhole. 35 force damage. They say that the Empire's war has come to Uthodurn because they traded with and sheltered those that took their beacon. They have captured the king and queen and will release them if the beacon is returned. Otherwise the city will be destroyed.
