*Objective:* Make it so that people can worship whichever god they want anywhere, especially [[Sehanine]] within [[The Dwendalian Empire]].
*Quest Giver:* [[Sehanine]], [[Scura]] herself
[[The Dwendalian Empire|The Empire]] has strict rules on which gods can be worshipped, and worship of any other gods is banned and can be punished. Sehanine asked me to help change this.
## Obstacles
- Sehanine's status in the Empire has made it difficult to find her worshippers.
- One known major group of worshippers, [[The Pallid Elves]], were forced into hiding and then kidnapped and brutally tortured. They aren't in the best state to preach the word of Sehanine.
- There are a great many gods, and most of them better established than Sehanine.
- Being a goddess of the shadow may have less than good connotations.
## Ideas
- Establish [[The Three of the Light and Shadow|a syncretic religion]] with [[Pelor]] and [[The New Church of Raei|the New Church]] of [[Raei]].
- Do something really awesome and attribute it to Sehanine.
- This may dovetail nicely with [[Reunite the Pallid Elves|the reunification of the Elves]].
