# [[Aygonath]] *The Gilded One, The Bright* *Gwendolyn* *(they/them)* Aygonath is the golden dragon whose breath can undo [[ttrpgs/Temporary White Circle/Grovelthrash|Grovelthrash]] and stop the powerful evil within it. The dragon lives on [[Dragon Isle]], off the coast of [[ttrpgs/Temporary White Circle/Nicodranas|Nicodranas]]. Aygonath has a 150-foot wingspan and is about 80 feet long. They seemed to be somewhat bluish in colour [[101_20230815 A million Misty Stepping invisible monks#^d886a6|when we saw them]], but that seems to change. According to [[Noah Varcona]], Aygonath saved him or fought the [[Sea Beast]]. According to [[Leodor Summergale]], Aygonath is the single golden dragon left in Exandria. They were trapped (or banished?) on the floating islands off [[The Menagerie Coast]] while fighting [[ttrpgs/Temporary White Circle/Desirat|Desirat]] a hundred years ago, and Desirat stole the remaing eggs of the dragon. ## Gwendolyn Aygonath also has an alterego for when they take female gnomish form: *Gwendolyn*. ![[twc-gwendolyn-1.png]] ![[twc-gwendolyn-2.png]] ## Relationships - They and [[ttrpgs/Temporary White Circle/Yussa Errenis|Yussa]] fought a long time ago, and almost killed each other, on accident. That's how Yussa got the scale. At the last minute, they recognised each other. Their relationship is romantic, familial, respectful, and all the things. - They and [[ttrpgs/Temporary White Circle/Desirat|Desirat]] are enemies. Desirat took his eggs as hostage so that he would not leave [[Dragon Isle]]. - Doesn't believe either [[The Crimson Order]] or [[ttrpgs/Temporary White Circle/The Cerberus Assembly|The Cerberus Assembly]] should be allowed to gain power. - [[Pearl of the Beach|Pearl]] [[125_20240402 Music of the Sea|gave Wally a slap]] to give to Gwendolyn, but it's not hard. We're supposed to pass that long and tell her that all is forgiven and that Gwendolyn is welcome at Pearl's hut. -
