# [[Harka]] Harka is a really creepy guy whose entire job (and existence) consists of burning bodies-- something that's not in short supply in [[The Pits]] in [[Shadycreek Run]]. He mutters to himself and seems to like puppets. He stinks and scratches his arms hard enough to draw blood. He "has a mind for faces"... especially if they're dead.
