After [[King Bertrand Dwendal]], he has the final say on all matters. He is reputed to be a brutal man with a grudge against religious empowerment, trying to sniff out illegal worship. After [[Kai Arness]] died, he took over as Guildmaster. He's a bit chaotic neutral. Some people say he's lining his own pockets and feathering his own nest. [[Veronika Alice Arness|Nika]] knows him because he used to come over to her house with his daughter, [[Lydia Truscan]]. [[Wally]] knows of the family. ## Position within the Empire After [[Kai Arness]]'s death, Sydnock Truscan became the Guildmaster.
