# The Cobalt Soul The Cobalt Soul are a group of librarians in [[The Dwendalian Empire]]. [[Nihana Chist]] gave [[Xenia Palebender]] a coin that had this symbol: ![[exandya-cobalt_soul.png]] and her intiials, N.C., on the other side. ## Relationships ### [[ttrpgs/Temporary White Circle/The Cerberus Assembly|The Cerberus Assembly]] There is some tension between the Cobalt Soul and the Assembly, although it seems that both factions believe [[The Dwendalian Empire]] is curtailing too many freedoms. The Assembly is responding by attempting to amass artifacts. [[Archivist Adon Zeenoth|Zeenoth]] seemed eager to hear about any incriminating information I might have on the Assembly. ### [[The Augen Trust]] [[Archivist Adon Zeenoth|Zeenoth]] seemed uneasy when I mentioned them, though he'd obviously heard of them. [[Telva Cornwrath]] from the Augen Trust, when I asked her about the Cobalt Soul, just said that at least their hearts are in the right place.
