Uk'otoa is a green snake that is the size of a very large dragon. It has many eyes and is some sort of leviathan sea serpent. Apparently, he can reach into the minds and dreams of those who would search for power. He is worshipped by [[The Ki'nau]].
Pearl thinks that he was awoken by "The Great Boom" that resulted from [[ttrpgs/Temporary White Circle/Grovelthrash|Grovelthrash]] being destroyed by [[Aygonath]].
