# 002_20220306 Lesdy Lucy Lesdy Lie ## Recap ![[001_20220220 The Shadow Prince#^summary]] ## Session Summary > [!tldr] 002_20220306 Lesdy Lucy Lesdy Lie > In the dining room, we discovered a strange, esoteric hermit named Teros looming over the unmoving mage, paying special attention to the mage's teeth for some reason. He was creepy, but no less weird than the rest of them, so we let him come with us to the next room, a guard room. We fought four guards, with both Teros and Karva using scrolls to kill them without too much fuss. > > We leveled up (improved), learning some new tricks and becoming better (for the most part). > > We continued south to a room that was quiet as a grave, and just as cold. It turned out to be a room with two beds, and on each one lay a skeleton. Belum read a nonsense book, began to chant nonsense loudly, and suddenly the skeletons shrivelled away into dust, then swirled around us until it formed a large creature. Belum was damaged enough that she teetered over the edge of death until Teros healed her and brought her back. > > We proceeded north, to a room with a sarcophagus. Karva opened the sarcophagus, and transported everyone into a greenhouse with bioluminescent plants, one unfailingly unnerving adolescent Grudge girl, and three children chanting a nursery rhyme. > > The Grudge girl asked us to stay and eat, so we did, and actually gained back some health. She said she couldn't leave this place until the worm is gone, and that something/someone named Fletcher is the key. ^summary ## Log We meet [[Simme Aronsson|Simme]]! He plays an esoteric hermit named Teros. Time to play! We are back in [[The Accursed Den]]. It's the next day, and we don't get a misery. ### The Skeleton Room The south door is as quiet as a grave, and slightly cool. Rich people music is to the north, where there are stairs, oil lamps, chains. ![[mörk-borg-skeleton-room.png]] - 2 skeletons, 2 beds. - Gigantic bookshelf. - Text is incomprehensible - Belum reads it somehow and the skeletons become animated! - They collapse into dust and the dust swirls around and forms a huge ogre of a creature. The bone dust gets into our mouths and noses. Encounter 2! - It goes first. - Belum and I succeed Presence checks. Belum can't use powers for the session and loses 5 HP!!! She gets healed by Teros. We went to the north door. ### The Chained Sarcophagus ![[mörk-borg-chained-sarcophagus.png]] - very dark - Hooked chains - Bloody tracks leading nowhere - wind from somewhere - North: handle - west: archway to brilliantly lit room, music coming from there - In the middle of the room is a sarcophagus - music is getting stronger I open the sarcophagus and stab whatever's in there. - The lights start swirling around us and we feel like we're about to throw up. - We disappear and reappear somewhere else! ### The Garden of Singing Children ![[mörk-borg-garden-of-singing-children.png]] - really hot and humid - oil lamps hanging from ceiling - walls are made of glass - filled with plants, growing all over each other - Behind the plants, dim moonlight. - East: path We also see an adolescent: ![[mörk-borg-lesdy-lucy.png]] - Children walking around. - This creepy thing says "Hello, welcome...." - Children chant: _Lesdy Lucy, lesdy lie, the chosen, the delightful_ - We don't hear strings here - ![[mörk-borg-child1.png]] ![[mörk-borg-child2.png]] ![[mörk-borg-child3.png]] - There's a campfire in front of Lesdy Lucy - There are glowing trees that provide ambient light and culminate in bioluminescent fruit - Mushroom that is red: deathcap. Doctor recognizes it. - The children are foraging for fruit and plants to go into dishes. They prepare them and eat them, and serve us too. - I dip my sharp needle in some yellow sticky substance in the deathcap mushroom. - Lesdy loosey: _I cannot leave here until the worm is gone.
