He was a celestial who came from Heaven or the Upper Planes because he was kicked out as a guardian angel and asked to go to the lowest station he could think of. So he went to [[ttrpgs/Temporary White Circle/Nicodranas|Nicodranas]]... He wears clothing that seems mismatched and ragtag. He's trying to blend in, but doesn't quite know how to do that... He doesn't seem to like evil very much at all.
