Tarrin is a young, naive girl from [[Seasway]] whose parents disappeared when she was about 7. She once went to [[Everhollow Lighthouse]] and found a [[Thinning]] there, a fissure to [[The Flare]] that opened up, and she saw something moving in there. She almost went through, but a Lightkeeper pulled her through and saved her life.
She's about 23 years old.
## Personality
- Tarrin is very awkward around people.
- She loves adventure and exploration.
## Background
Her parents disappeared when she was about 7. She's always wanted to know what happened to them. That's why she joined [[ttrpgs/The Great Dark/Candela Obscura|Candela Obscura]]. She went to [[Everhollow Lighthouse]] and found a fissure (Thinning) there and she saw something moving and alive there. She was mesmerised and it sucked her in. Just as she was about to go through, the [[Lightkeeper Fahra Slate]] pulled her back. Fahra became a mentor and sent her on expeditions to collect things, but without Candela Obscura really knowing. When Candela found out, they decided Tarrin should at least be receiving training.
Tarrin has known about Candela Obscura for a while, but has only just officially joined the ranks.
