# [[049_20220123 Queen Gullop XX]] ## Session Summary You went to meet the bullywug king, Gullop XIX, and realized that he was a little more thoughtful than the other bullywugs. While the bullywugs were excitable and easily persuaded, he seemed to be more even-tempered. With help from Ora's Psychic Whispers, Gullop XIX was persuaded to reveal that he thought Bavlorna was a problem, but that he had his hands full preventing a rebellion in the Soggy Court. He didn't want to gain Bavlorna's ire by directly opposing her in a physical confrontation. However, he was more than happy to help us by giving us information about Bavlorna. He told us that he sometimes made the journey to Bavlorna's cottage to drop off some crates of items that the brigands stole. He also talked about her love for bathing in a pool she kept in the cottage, her ability to create more of herself using copies called _lornlings_, and her hatred of her sisters. He also gave you a small bag of blue rose leaves. He said his son had taken it from Bavlorna previously, and he asked you to at least leave it in her cottage somewhere if you fail, so that at least his son would not be implicated as a thief. You agreed to help him with the bullywug revolution if you could. Ora shapeshifted into an exact replica of Gullop XIX, down to the frilly costume, and Lira turned everyone but Dawn and Nav invisible. You convinced two of Gullop's guards to come with you on rowboats to Bavlorna's cottage. You entered the first floor through the trapdoor, and found yourselves in a room with a large pool and some dress dummies. You headed immediately up to the second floor, in a hallways that was lined with portraits of different people and one large oval mirror.
