She joined __Wavechaser__’s crew a week ago in [[ttrpgs/The Slayers Five/Nicodranas]]—as a mercenary spy for the [[Clovis Concord]] tasked with identifying Revelry pirates. She secretly casts [animal messenger](https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells/animal-messenger) every evening to send reports on __Wavechaser__’s whereabouts to her superiors. Languages: Druidic, Sahuagin, Orc ## Motivations Dajarkal hasn't yet connected with [[Captain Three Earrings|CTE]] since CTE left the party. She lost them when they got stranded by [[Thunder]] on [[Rumblecusp]], and thought they had gone ahead to [[ttrpgs/The Slayers Five/Port Damali]]. Her father is human. Dajarkal's brother was [[Hardrak]], but she's never met him. He was a full orc, and they shared a mother. She grew up in [[ttrpgs/The Slayers FiveAsarius]], the City of Beasts, until she was kidnapped. When she was taken, she was taken with her mother, who died a few years later in the same brothel by suicide. Before she died, her mother told her that she had a half-brother in [[ttrpgs/The Slayers Five/Xhorhas]], the product of rape by an orc. She was smuggled out of [[ttrpgs/The Slayers Five/Xhorhas]] by [[ttrpgs/The Slayers Five/The Myriad]] slavers (same ones that took [[Lira]]) and brought to [[ttrpgs/The Slayers Five/Port Damali]] when she was very young. There was a woman whose face she never saw, but whose voice she heard as she was gagged. This woman seemed to be the leader of the group that kidnapped her. [[Brianne Touchard]] There was another woman, a tiefling, who had a honeyed tongue ([[Chessia Wakiam]]). She was Dajarkal's mistress, and taught her the ways of giving pleasure. Dajarkal had been working the brothels in Port Damali for years. [[Captain Three Earrings]] was a repeat client of hers. They fell in love and Three Earrings promised her freedom. Three Earrings smuggled her out of Damali through Nicodranas, and that's how Dajarkal joined the crew. Dajarkal saw her escape as the chance for a new life - with Three Earrings, and maybe with her brother.
