She helped Ora escape by holding off some guards, but got caught herself and was imprisoned until [[Aro|Karolin]] broke her out in [[002_20210612 Where is my sister]]. She fled into the mountains near [[Vergessen Sanatorium]], known as the Dunrock Mountains, and somehow found her way into the Underdark. While she was being chased, she accidentally stumbled into a portal that took her to one on [[Rumblecusp]]. She is a changeling druid. ## Things Jannika knows that she might be willing to tell Ora - [x] Ora's father, [[Trent Ikithon]], truly believes he's doing what's right for the [[Dwendalian Empire]]. - [x] Ora's sister, [[Aro|Karolin]], is a changeling wizard who is looking for Ora. Jannika saw her take the form of a tabaxi before Lin left. However, Jannika was not involved in Lin's care and saw her only twice: once as an infant, and once when Lin broke Jannika out of the prison Trent had put her in. - [x] Trent has been collecting, and experimenting on, people with shapeshifting or changeling abilities. - [x] [[ttrpgs/The Slayers Five/The Cerberus Assembly|The Cerberus Assembly]] has recently acquired an 8th member. Doppelgangers are marked by the presence of a patch of scaly green skin somewhere on their bodies. - [ ] [[Aro|Karolin]] is part of [[The Lens]], a [[ttrpgs/Temporary White Circle/Kryn Dynasty]] spy network. - [x] When Ora escaped, Trent was "up north", seeking an alliance with a group called [[Claret Orders]]. They are a group in [[Eiselcross]] with considerable knowledge about the [[Aeor]]ian ruins. - [x] Ora and Lin, as far Jannika knows, are from [[ttrpgs/The Slayers Five/Palebank Village]], which has an abnormally large concentration of changelings.
