The Charred Circus is a cobblestone area filled with wall-to-wall food trucks and entertainers. It gets its name from the circus that was tragically burnt down many years ago on the same ground. There are elements from the original circus that still remain - some tents, including the big tent, the tightrope poles (but the tightrope is absent), and silks that hang from the ceiling.
