They fought and defeated a skeletal minotaur in the minotaur room, obtaining a Dagger of Venom and monster parts. It's an L-shaped hallway. 5 dioramas: 3 on the first leg and 2 on the other leg. We see that in each of the dioramas, in the background, there is a small Gauntlight at the edge of the scene. That was the source of the beams. We go to the minotaur room. - Several destroyed chairs and tables - Skull of bull entangled with the furniture. It shudders. - [[Ashnefrotty|Ash]] thinks this pile of skeletons were a living thing killed by dagger strikes. The meat/flesh decayed a long time ago. As we examine it, the skeleton forms a humanoid shape. Roll initiative! 2 doors from room: one west, one east ![[1682158495640 - Combat]] The party fought a skeletal minotaur that formed from destroyed furniture and bones. [[Jaspen Bond Callistair|Bond]] and [[Vayle]] dealt significant damage with their attacks, while [[Zuhri]] provided support with shields and protection. We get 10 gp of monster parts each with traits: *undead, slashing, athletics, intimidation, darkvision* There's a dagger lodged in its ribs. Bond gets it. There are two snakes depicted on the pommel with their mouths open. The blade has veins on it. On the grip there's also an engraved hole or circle. - It's a *Dagger of Venom*. Whenever you critically succeed with this dagger, the target becomes sickened 1. - You can activate it once a day to poison a creature that you hit. Vayle takes the Dagger of Venom. Zuhri's Quick Access is Healer's Tools and Healing Potion (Minor). Vayle eats bones. We spend an hour as Ash *Treats Wounds* of Zuhri. She's at 61/64. We go back to the diorama. Vayle tries to run through. I administer first aid to stabilize Vayle. Zuhri Baby Vayle Bond I activated the *Demon Mask* to frighten the [[Flybaby]] and make it flee for one round, then run to the torture chamber to allow Vayle a chance to flee into the bathroom to do their disguise. Flybaby opens the door beside Vayle's bathroom. Shimmering green light on the wall of the bathroom materializes and forms letters: *Save me below.* The `w` falls down like a snake and moves under the door, then moves to the west. - [ ] I need to give Vayle the *Hat of Disguise*. We go to the ghoul lounge. There we meet [[Augrael]], who is hiding something behind his back. - [ ] Need to ask [[Vandy Banderdash]] what they're doing with the undead bodies. Where did they put them? Maybe Augrael can eat them. Augrael eats undead. Vayle eats any bones. Augrael tells us about two rooms of beautiful women (probably the librarians). He said he can't eat them. He tells us about a small fellow with a large animal ([[Galiath Banderdash|Gunther]]) that has been walking around. Augrael has been through all the areas of this level. He tells us a lot of things about the level ([[Korlock]], a wood creature that attacks, room full of broken glass boxes ([[High Priestess Nhakazarin]]'s room), someone who calls him her apprentice ([[Librarian Ghost]])). - [ ] Tell [[Calamity's Ruin]] to not harm Augrael.
