The party learns that **drow tricked dwarves** into having their souls sucked into gems to keep elementals captive. The party decides to destroy the gems and free the trapped souls. > > When the gems are destroyed, smoke forms into the shapes of the freed dwarven souls, mostly from **[[Clam Hammarauc]]** (The Mechanist Dwarves). The grateful souls reveal the faces of three drow who worked with them, including **[[Volluk Azrinae]]**. Grumble vows revenge against these three drow. A human man has grabbed Varlon and is holding a knife to his throat. Another human man is inspecting Malleus. A third human is there too and is surprised by Grumble. ![[uu-varlon.png]] The drow tricked the dwarves and got their sould sucked into the gems, which kept the elemental captive. We all agree to destroy the gems and set the souls fo the dwarves free. The smoke comes out of the jar and forms into several humanoids of different shapes. "We are now free. I think it is customary to say thank you. We have seen the faces of those who have suffered. The dwarves that have been lost." They take the faces of the dwarves that have been sucked into the ten gems. Most of them bear the same clan: Clam Hammarauc. They are known as The Mechanist Dwarves. And these are the faces of the drow that these dwarves worked with: They show three drow faces. One of them is Volluk Azrinae. Vayle tries to turn the elemental against the three drow. The elemental seem to be indifferent against the drow. Grumble says that he will take revenge on the three drow. The elemental leaves. Bond calls them The Coalition.
