Several of them. There are also claws, parts of the same animal. Death Shepherd probably killed them before we got here. They're still fresh. - [[Dreshkans]] also died here. - [[Death Shepherd]] - Seems to be saying something but with his Silence aura, we can't understand him. They're speaking [[Necril]] and [[Vayle]] can read his lips enough to know that because they speak Necril, but they can't understand what is being said. - *Unholy command.* - Once it dies, it goes and hides inside one of its thralls by the shadowy link that connects it, and it's difficult to tell where he hides. After some time, he comes out of the thrall bloodied, but alive. - Pit is 80' deep. There's a spiral staircase on the outside of the pit. There are two doors that exit from the pit. The one we can see is at the bottom that leads to two doors down where [[The Gibbering Mouther]]s are. There's another door that leads one down that leads to two guards, [[Flesh Warp]]s. They're looking at us. The north door is slightly open. The south door is locked. Zuhri used Kinetic Ram to push the Death Shepherd into the 80-foot pit, dealing significant damage. However, the Death Shepherd's unique ability to hide within its thralls and respawn was revealed when it emerged from a human ghoul, bloodied but alive. The party discovered the creature's dwarven origins and its connection to the thralls through shadowy links. We took a rest. - [[Grumble]] used Locate Dwarf thingy. He was detecting the Death Shepherd which is dwarven of some sort, as well as the Dwarf thralls.
