Grumble and Vayle haul her clear while the gem pulses psychic damage and she thrashes, confused and yelling. Then werewolves arrive under the full moon — two feral hybrid-form wolves chasing a third "kindred-form" wolf that still has its own mind. > > Bond deliberately shifts into his own controlled kindred/hybrid werewolf form, gaining wolf-speech, resistance, and a silver vulnerability, and intimidates one wolf into fear. Ash grapples the pack while Zuhri fuels him with Evolution Surge and a fire-charged bite; when Zuhri's curative bite finally lands on Wolf 4, the werewolf reverts to an elderly woman the party already knows — Aumagh Longsaddle — who names Zuhri "the Blessed Wolf" before falling unconscious. An hour or so before the dawn, the house collapses. We hear werewolves coming from the north! 1 wolf is the kindred form wolf. It's being chased by the other two. Maret is changing - she has a gem in the middle of her forehead. She's broad, like twice the width of [[Grumblebum|Grumble]]. A kindred form is what [[Jaspen Bond Callistair|Bond]] turned into. It's a full moon today. Grumble and [[Vayle]] help Maret out. [[Ashnefrotty|Ash]] and [[Zuhri]] go towards the wolves. Bond goes prone to be less visible. The gem in the centre of Maret's forehead pulses and deals psychic damage to Vayle and Grumble. Maret is confused and yelling. The kindred form werewolf tries to get away, but two more appear. Ash can see the other wolves are wearing clothes as if they were forced to change. The gem of a [[sarangai]] is said to house their souls. When they get married, they exchange gems. Ash has 1 persistent bleed. Wolf 1 escapes the grab from Wolf 4 but is still grabbed by 5. Wolf 4 is grabbed by Ash. Wolf 1 is bloodied. So is Wolf 3 - Z1: Tandem move - Z1: Elemental Assault - Z2: Tandem Strike Wolf 2 is now grabbed by Ash because it failed to grab Ash. Wolf 5 is still grabbing Wolf 1. Bond successfully intimidates Wolf 4. Wolf 4 is frightened. I bite Wolf 4 and she turns back into an elderly woman. We've met her.
