Dread splits the work — his people take the devils, the party takes the constructs. [[Grumblebum|Grumble]] grapples the Quadruped, [[Jaspen Bond Callistair|Bond]] sticks it with persistent cold, and [[Ashnefrotty|Ash]] and [[Zuhri]] tandem down a Rifler, but the construct's second area attack bloodies Bond before [[Vayle]] heals him back up. [[Gears]] arrives feral, swinging a rocket-fitted glaive he took off a demon, missing wildly. > The alliance breaks in round four. [[Data Crystal|Data crystals]] detach from the destroyed Riflers and start making their way back to [[Volluk Azrinae]] — Bond pockets one and Grumble smashes two. Echbos, now fighting Dread and Bee, critically hits Bee and demands the party's help against them; instead Zuhri uses Friendfetch to yank Bee clear and Ash kills one of the [[Dreshkans]]. Outraged, Echbos orders a winged invisible spy to report the betrayal to [[General Urevian]], and Vayle grabs him with a bone-shaking spell and drags him toward Bee. Gears howls, charges Echbos, and something explodes. ^summary %% ## Video [Video]() %% --- ## Recap ![[ttrpgs/The Undead Unkillers/127_20260830 Good Graces#^summary]] --- ## Log ![[1788084572880 - Combat#Round 3]] Round 3 turned the fight into a three-way. The Quadruped's blast scattered the Dreshkans and pushed Grumble and Vayle back, but Grumble got it Grappled and Bond stacked persistent cold on it through its resistance. Then Calamity's Ruin arrived — Dread called out Echbos and Bee opened fire on the northern Dreshkans, with Dread claiming the devils and leaving the constructs to the party. A Rifler jammed on a critical miss, Ash and Zuhri killed another, and the Quadruped's second area attack bloodied Bond before Vayle healed him for 33. ![[1788084572880 - Combat#Round 4]] Round 4 was where the party picked a side. Data crystals detached from the wrecked Riflers and began routing back to Volluk Azrinae; Bond grabbed one and Grumble destroyed two. Echbos critically hit Bee and demanded the party turn on Calamity's Ruin — instead Zuhri pulled Bee to safety with Friendfetch and Ash cut down a Dreshkan, prompting Echbos to order his invisible winged spy to report the betrayal. Vayle spent all three actions grabbing Echbos and hauling him toward Bee, and Gears closed the round by howling, charging in beside Echbos, and setting off an explosion. %% ## Excalidraw Data ### Text Elements ### Drawing ```json {"type":"excalidraw","version":2,"source":"https://github.com/zsviczian/obsidian-excalidraw-plugin/releases/tag/2.0.25","elements":[],"appState":{"theme":"dark","gridSize":null,"viewBackgroundColor":"#ffffff"}} ``` %%
