# [[Aumagh Longsaddle]] Aumagh is an old lady we met in [[058_20240113 Werewolf Woodland#^af44e1]] who lives near [[Otari]] but in a small village. She is the mother of [[Captain Lardus Longsaddle]]. ## Recent Events ### Session 058 - Werewolf Woodland Aumagh is one of the oldest people in the area and believes the party should leave the mysterious house alone to respect privacy. She provided information about the werewolf attacks, saying that two nights ago, two pigs were slaughtered and dragged off, but no people have ever been killed. The wolves only seem to kill animals, but not all the time - sometimes there's a week where the wolves don't bother them. She mentioned there are no clerics nearby and that they'd like to have some. ### Session 121 - The Blessed Wolf Aumagh was revealed to be **a werewolf herself**. She appeared as one of the hybrid-form wolves ("Wolf 4") attacking near [[Maret]]'s collapsed hut under the full moon, seemingly forced into the change (the wolves were wearing clothes as if compelled to transform). [[Ashnefrotty|Ash]] grappled her and [[Jaspen Bond Callistair|Bond]] intimidated her into fear. When [[Zuhri]]'s curative bite landed on her, she **reverted to her elderly human form** — the party recognized her from before. She said *"We have found the Blessed Wolf"* while looking at Zuhri, then fell unconscious. Her connection to the pack and the meaning of "the Blessed Wolf" remain unexplained.
