# [[Malik]]

Malik is the guy who is the leader of the cult of [[The Voidseekers]]. [[Vayle]] is not on good terms with him because they infiltrated, but Malik is still alive and wanting to use Vayle and their powers for his own purposes.
Malik was the one who signed the letter on a dead body that we found in [[The Gauntlight]].
## Recent Events
### Session 067 - Character Changes and Arbor Felix
- [[Vayle]] revealed that they infiltrated Malik's cult, [[The Voidseekers]]
- Vayle successfully prevented The Voidseekers from summoning something or opening a portal in [[The Gauntlight]]
- This may have caused collateral damage to potentially innocent cultists
- Vayle is trying to figure out whether Malik is real or not
- The Voidseekers are fanatic maniacs who tried to convince Otarians to join them but all they really wanted to do was die in a strange way
- The cult has taken away many of their friends - it isn't just their own deaths, they want to "share" that with others
