The most notable feature of Otari is the Giant Wheel that is in town, which uses hydropower from [[The Osprey River]] to cut logs for export. The Giant Wheel is the reason that Otari continues to thrive.
## History
Otari was founded by [[The Roseguard]], an adventuring party who killed an evil sorceress at [[The Gauntlight]] and then stopped adventuring to found this city.
